Refund policy

Order Cancellations:No order cancellations or modifications are allowed once placed. This includes all pre-orders and all Needoh orders, even in cases of errors that may occur. No exceptions.

Needoh & Squishies: All Needoh and squishy items are final sale once opened or used. They are non-returnable and non-exchangeable — no returns or exchanges are offered for quality issues, and these items are purchased at your own risk. If a squishy arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery; store credit will be issued for damaged squishies claimed within that window.

Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product — no exceptions. This applies to gifted items as well. Damaged items over $10 in retail value will be replaced with the exact same item; we do not offer exchanges, returns, or a lifetime guarantee on products.
